About the position

The Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager (MAOM) at INVISTA will play a crucial role in supporting the CORDURA® Advanced Fabrics brand by providing strategic guidance on optimizing Salesforce for sales teams, enhancing reporting, and analyzing marketing data. This position requires a highly analytical and tech-savvy individual who can streamline processes, alleviate bottlenecks, and optimize campaign execution within a dynamic marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the utilization of Salesforce to enable sales teams and enhance their effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce usage to gain better insights into business activities and reporting.
  • Oversee the customization, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce instance.
  • Strategize and manage marketing operations tools to optimize lead nurturing and account-based marketing.
  • Implement and refine processes for marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign execution within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness, utilizing Salesforce data and reporting.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track marketing performance metrics.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities on ROI using Salesforce data.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools are effectively integrated and utilized, particularly Salesforce.
  • Evaluate new marketing technologies and tools to enhance digital marketing efforts and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce.
  • Provide technical support and enablement for marketing technology users, focusing on Salesforce optimization.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and management of the Salesforce team, ensuring projects and tasks are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, and product management, to align marketing operations with business goals.
  • Act as a mentor to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Work experience with Salesforce CRM for data analysis, reporting, and sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and their integration with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience leading teams or projects, particularly Salesforce developers and administrators.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant).
  • Certification in marketing automation or analytics platforms.
