Family Trust is in search of a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist with over 2 years of experience to help research and identify ways to build our brand, acquire new clients, and assist in managing our CRM. The Marketing Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the CRM database, analyzing consumer behavior, exploring market trends and opportunities, and tracking transactional data. This position requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, as the ideal candidate will be comfortable in a creative, business-driven, and member-centered collaborative role. The responsibilities of the Marketing Analytics Specialist include building email automations and journeys within the CRM, utilizing A/B variate testing to optimize marketing efforts. The specialist will segment and target members and prospects using CRM tools and data analytics to execute effective marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role involves merging and organizing duplicate accounts to maintain data integrity, tracking email campaign metrics such as delivery, open, and click-through rates, and analyzing A/B and multi-variate tests to communicate results and provide actionable recommendations. The specialist will also analyze sales funnels and member intent, measure the ROI of online and offline marketing advertising campaigns, and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) like leads, conversion rates, and website traffic. Conducting competitive research and analyzing benchmarking data will be essential to recommend website and campaign optimizations, including SEO improvements. The Marketing Analytics Specialist will work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for new member acquisition and provide overall market and customer insights to address key strategic initiatives. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, handling ad-hoc analytic requests, and developing or automating regular reports. The position requires analyzing member data using database queries, spreadsheet models, web analytics tools, and statistical analysis tools. The specialist will evaluate members' online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the guest experience. Furthermore, the role involves advising other marketing functions, such as e-commerce, online/offline advertising, brand, and product development, as the knowledge owner of member and market data. The Marketing Analytics Specialist will also promote a "learning culture" by monitoring the latest industry trends and innovations to inform future strategies and plans.
