The candidate will also be responsible for preparing correspondence, participating in business meetings, managing records, processing requests, arranging meetings, and preparing for events such as conferences. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's services.
  • Maintain the company website and drive traffic to acquire leads/customers.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to measure site traffic and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Produce blogs, web content, and marketing literature for print and other collateral.
  • Develop collateral for conferences, business development meetings, and publications.
  • Perform administrative support functions for management and project leaders, including preparing correspondence and managing records.
  • Participate in business meetings and arrange meetings for management.
  • Prepare for events such as conferences and track/record expenses.
  • Support business management through administrative tasks and improve the integrated management system.
  • Plan and complete work efficiently, reflecting commitments to quality and safety goals.
  • Demonstrate clear and effective written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration desired.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Canva, and online survey forms.
  • Advanced organizational skills, professionalism, integrity, and task-oriented work ethic.
  • Eligible for a DoD security clearance.
