We have a current opening for a full-time early career marketing and administrative coordinator based out of our Hood River, OR office. This position will provide marketing and administrative support primarily for our Oregon office as well as our offices across the country. The ideal candidate is passionate about procurement processes, winning work, and is skilled in developing and maintaining information systems. They should also possess graphic layout expertise and persuasive writing skills, thrive in an energetic, collaborative work environment, and be eager to continuously enhance their expertise and take on additional responsibilities. Approximately 60% of the role is anticipated to be providing marketing coordination support, with the remainder available for administrative support of the offices and projects. The candidate in this position will have exposure to many different business processes across the company, with the opportunity to pursue and develop skills and expertise in many diverse areas. The candidate will ideally be in the office 5 days per week. The nature of this position ideally requires frequent office presence to engage personally with administrative and technical staff. Required qualifications include a liberal arts BA or BS degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive and curious attitude, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. The candidate should also have outstanding problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to self-motivate and work collaboratively and independently on multiple assignments while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality.
