About the position

Join our team as a Marketing and Admissions Director at Lebanon Center, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the patient admissions process and overseeing the nursing center's marketing program. Your primary goal will be to meet patient satisfaction and census goals, ensuring that our services are effectively communicated and accessible to the community. In this position, you will develop and implement both short and long-term marketing plans that penetrate the targeted market and generate patient referrals. You will be responsible for responding immediately to all patient referrals and providing facility tours as requested, fostering a positive community image of the nursing center through effective public relations strategies. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the center's interdisciplinary team and network referral entities to coordinate a seamless admissions process. This coordination is essential to ensure a positive patient experience from the moment they consider our services. Additionally, you will nurture relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners to maximize referrals, thereby enhancing the center's reputation and service reach. Responsibilities

  • Manage the patient admissions process and nursing center marketing program.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term marketing plans that penetrate the targeted market and generate patient referrals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations.
