About the position

Join our team as a Marketing and Admissions Director at the Lebanon Center, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the patient admissions process and overseeing the nursing center's marketing program. Your primary goal will be to meet patient satisfaction and census goals, ensuring that our services are effectively communicated and accessible to the community. In this position, you will develop and implement both short and long-term marketing plans aimed at penetrating the targeted market and generating patient referrals. You will be responsible for responding promptly to all patient referrals and providing facility tours as requested, fostering a positive community image of the nursing center through effective public relations strategies. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the center's interdisciplinary team and network referral entities to coordinate a seamless admissions process that guarantees a positive patient experience. Building and nurturing relationships with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners will be essential to maximize referrals and enhance the center's reputation in the community. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a health care setting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of college education in healthcare administration, business management, marketing, or public relations.
