About the position

The Marketing and Brand Manager for HBS Foundry is responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategies aimed at attracting users and driving engagement for an innovative digital learning platform. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance the brand, conducting market research, developing partnerships, creating content, and executing marketing campaigns to support the mission of democratizing access to business education for underserved entrepreneurs globally.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance the HBS Foundry brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual elements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition globally.
  • Conduct market research to understand entrepreneur needs and refine target customer personas.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand HBS Foundry's reach and impact.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including promotional videos, blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage HBS Foundry's social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and engage existing users.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or educational environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
  • Experience in brand management and partnership development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in graphic design.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
