About the position

The Marketing and Brand Manager for HBS Foundry will be responsible for developing and executing brand and marketing strategies aimed at attracting users and driving engagement for an innovative digital learning platform dedicated to empowering underserved entrepreneurs globally. This role is crucial in enhancing the HBS Foundry brand, conducting market research, developing partnerships, creating content, and executing marketing campaigns to support the platform's mission of democratizing access to business education.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance the HBS Foundry brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual elements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and recognition globally.
  • Conduct market research to understand entrepreneur needs and refine target customer personas.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand HBS Foundry's reach and impact.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including promotional videos, blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage HBS Foundry's social media accounts and develop email marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital or educational environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in graphic design.

  • Experience working at a startup is preferred.
