About the position

The Marketing and Brand Specialist at DFW Airport is responsible for implementing marketing tactics and enhancing the DFW Airport brand to achieve key marketing and advertising objectives. This role involves developing consumer insights, collaborating on market research, and creating effective messaging while working closely with various departments to promote the DFW brand and improve its reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Draft creative briefs and collaborate in the development of marketing plans and presentations.
  • Write detailed meeting recaps and manage initiatives to achieve marketing priorities across all channels.
  • Procure and analyze data to identify marketing needs and make independent decisions on project deliverables and media recommendations.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with external partners/agencies and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Provide brand leadership by reviewing branded materials and approving brand implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Four years of progressively responsible experience with an emphasis on marketing.
  • Two years of marketing or brand management experience, either agency or client-side.
  • Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, or market research through internships or university projects.
  • Digitally savvy with knowledge of foreign languages.
