About the position

Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to provide essential support for their Life Sciences practice group. This role is pivotal in enhancing the firm's marketing efforts and requires a candidate who possesses strong writing skills and a detail-oriented mindset. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work, which is designed to promote work-life balance while ensuring effective collaboration among team members. In this position, the Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the firm. This includes making updates to the firm's website, writing engaging postings, and planning webinars that showcase the firm's expertise in the Life Sciences sector. The coordinator will also utilize and maintain the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that all client interactions and marketing efforts are tracked and optimized. Additionally, the coordinator will play a key role in coordinating surveys and rankings submissions for the firm, which are critical for enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation in the legal market. Event and conference coordination will also be part of the role, requiring strong organizational skills to manage logistics and ensure successful execution. The coordinator will be tasked with updating and monitoring the firm's social media accounts, which is essential for maintaining an active online presence and engaging with clients and prospects. Other related duties may be assigned as needed, providing a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of corporate marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or healthcare, otherwise within professional services
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Interaction, InDesign, and Photoshop preferred
  • Superior attention to detail, problem solving capabilities, and organizational skills
