This full-time position is designed for individuals who are committed to providing superior service to our attorneys, advisors, and staff while maintaining a collaborative and improvement-focused atmosphere. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities that support the marketing and business development efforts of the firm, particularly in Texas. The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager and will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work. The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing various marketing initiatives, including the organization of external-facing events such as networking gatherings, educational programs, and client dinners. This position requires a proactive approach to event planning, including venue research, invitation drafting, RSVP tracking, vendor coordination, and on-site event hosting. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in the management of sponsorships, memberships, and community involvement, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. In this role, the coordinator will also collaborate with department managers to design impactful Pro Bono and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) events, maintain mailing lists within the CRM, and support the onboarding process for new lawyers. The position demands strong organizational and project management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. The coordinator will also contribute to internal communications by reporting on accolades and business development activities, assisting with award submissions, and preparing content for internal newsletters.
