Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote Chick-fil-A's catering services and community events.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand values.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster a positive online community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to promote Chick-fil-A's catering services.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships within the community to enhance brand visibility.
  • Attend community events and represent Chick-fil-A to engage with potential catering clients and promote our offerings.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, such as tastings, fundraisers, and promotional gatherings, to showcase our catering services.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and schools to host events that align with community needs and Chick-fil-A values.
  • Ensure all events are executed smoothly and align with brand standards.
  • Take and manage catering orders from community clients, ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to fulfill catering orders and ensure timely delivery and setup.
  • Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and nurture long-term relationships.
