Chestnut Health Systems is seeking an experienced, skilled, and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator or Manager. This position is located in our southern region, specifically in Granite City, Belleville, or Maryville, IL. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating marketing and communication efforts, ensuring the seamless execution of strategies that promote our brand and engage with our audience. This on-site role requires a strong project management skill set, creative thinking, and a passion for marketing and communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling multimedia content, managing social media and digital marketing efforts, coordinating events, and collaborating closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and managing all online internal and external digital content, serving as the team's social media and digital marketing expert. You will identify and implement strategies to drive online traffic, develop and manage digital campaigns, and monitor and report on analytics. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate community and internal events, assist with department ordering and budget management, and work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager and Director to ensure message and brand consistency. You will also coordinate with external vendors such as printers, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers as needed, while promoting Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence and maintaining confidentiality and security of all organizational information.
