About the position

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective internal and external communication to support Salud's mission.
  • Oversee fund development and special events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a Senior Marketing position.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing and public relations strategies.
  • Knowledge of advanced software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a dynamic personality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Effective written, oral, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to lead business and marketing plans.
  • Experience in influencing across organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and supervision experience.
  • Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities.
