The company, with over 40 years of experience in the design and manufacture of decorative residential lighting products, is embarking on an exciting journey to launch four distinct brands tailored to unique customer segments. As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that spotlight these new products, elevate brand awareness, and engage customers like never before. In this role, you will analyze customer buying behaviors to ensure that marketing campaigns resonate and deliver results. You will collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to create engaging marketing materials for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print literature. Your responsibilities will also include managing content calendars, ensuring alignment with product launches and sales promotions, and utilizing emerging technologies such as AI to drive content creation efficiency. The position requires a hands-on approach, as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, e-commerce, and sales, to ensure brand consistency in go-to-market strategies and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the in-house Graphic Designer to create engaging marketing materials for various platforms such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and print literature.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with product launches and sales promotions.
  • Collaborate with the internal E-commerce team on the company's website content to ensure brand alignment.
  • Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy and product development.
  • Assist with the development of brand standards and design language, ensuring all projects align with brand identity and objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in go-to-market strategies and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing with a consumer product brand.
  • Strong experience with social media and email campaigns.
  • Experience with startups or running your own marketing firm.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with a website CMS (Content Management System).
  • Critical thinking skills and innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Time management and multi-tasking ability.
  • Beginner's knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
  • Intermediate or advanced experience with Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

  • Monday.com experience.

Benefits

  • Salary of $60,000 - $80,000.
