About the position

The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead and manage the Corporate Marketing Communications Department, ensuring alignment with company goals. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing and communication programs to promote the company's products, as well as supporting product groups with marketing plans and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Corporate Marketing Communications Department to align with company goals.
• Develops, implements, and oversees marketing and communication programs to promote its products.
• Supports all product groups with marketing plans, new product launches, and promotional activities.
• Manages the structure and content of the corporate website, intranet, and electronic promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications/Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, electronic publishing, Advertising, and Promotional activities.
• Strong analytical and project management skills; capable of managing projects independently, on time, and within budget.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; adept at multitasking on various projects.
• Must have hands-on experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and Video.
