About the position

The Marketing and Community Outreach Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing the visibility of our law firm, fostering community relationships, and supporting various marketing initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively represent the firm's brand and engage with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to increase brand visibility.
  • Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and informational sessions that align with the firm's goals.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, community gatherings, and professional associations to build brand awareness.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies, including content creation and audience engagement.
  • Write and design newsletters, blog posts, and client updates to keep the community informed.
  • Manage the firm's website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to plan and implement marketing campaigns that align with the firm's objectives.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare press releases and maintain relationships with local media outlets for coverage opportunities.
  • Serve as an additional point of contact for prospective clients and coordinate feedback surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, outreach, or community relations, preferably in a professional services setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms and analytics software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of legal industry marketing or experience in a law firm setting.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
