The Marketing and Community Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in representing Seniors Helping Seniors® services within the community, with a focus on driving business growth and enhancing community engagement. This position is essential for establishing and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders in the senior care industry, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities. The manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining referral sources that can contribute to the organization's mission of providing quality senior care services. In this role, the Community Relations Manager will actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to raise awareness about the Seniors Helping Seniors mission and values. This includes performing prospect visits to healthcare facilities to educate them about the services offered and how they can benefit their patients. The manager will also be tasked with keeping abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth. The position requires a proactive approach to building a network of prospective referral sources and partnerships, as well as the ability to prepare and deliver presentations using marketing materials provided by Seniors Helping Seniors. Engaging with prospects and families to discuss their needs and the options available through Seniors Helping Seniors will be a key aspect of the role, along with fielding referral calls and exploring opportunities that arise.
