Pest Management Systems, Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing and Content Creation Specialist to enhance their marketing efforts and engage with customers creatively. This role involves designing and creating content for various platforms, maintaining the company's social media presence, and assisting with logistics for events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and a desire to contribute positively to the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Design/creation of content for digital ads, social media, email blasts, print advertising etc.
• Create/edit meaningful and exciting video content for the website, social media, and training.
• Assist with logistics for company events, trade shows, video shoots, etc.
• Maintain the company's social media presence, engaging with users and posting relevant content.
• Design/creation of customer marketing correspondence.
• Work with the marketing team to create and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with web design and SEO/PPC firms to maximize site performance.
• Take marketing photos for use in advertising and training.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Self-starter
• Great time management skills
• 2 years of graphic design experience
• 2 years of marketing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier)
• Knowledge of MS Office Software
• Familiarity with various social media platforms
