3dB Labs is an exciting work environment where we design, implement, and deliver solutions in engineering, signal processing, signal analysis, software development, and hardware manufacturing and development. We're a small but growing company that is looking for a team dedicated to helping make our customers succeed. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Design Specialist with 5-10 years of experience who can establish and lead the marketing functions within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both strategic marketing and graphic design, capable of producing professional documentation and promotional materials. This role involves developing product documentation, coordinating conference attendance, developing targeted marketing strategies, and working closely with the sales team to enhance market penetration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively introduce and promote our products.
• Design, produce, and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional graphics.
• Coordinate the logistics and materials for conference attendance and other promotional events.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify target markets and create materials tailored to specific customer needs.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of online content that reflects the company's brand, products, and services.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Ensure consistency of company branding across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing with a strong focus on graphic design and brand management.
• Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
