Join the Clean Energy Revolution as a Marketing and Digital Communications Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and help redefine how SCE markets its programs and services to both business and residential customer segments. This role is pivotal in driving efficient marketing outcomes and enhancing the overall service experience for SCE customers. You will lead cross-functional teams that include members from various departments within SCE, as well as external partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing a budget of approximately $5-20MM and overseeing a portfolio of marketing programs, all while reporting directly to the Senior Manager. This position requires a strategic and tactical approach, with a strong emphasis on innovation, technology enablement, compliance, and performance. A significant aspect of this role is the application of digital marketing technology (Martech), necessitating a high level of data literacy and excellent project management skills. In your day-to-day activities, you will manage marketing programs related to Demand Response, ensuring that objectives are consistently met while maintaining continuity and delivering efficient performance. You will also be responsible for formulating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for both Business (B2B) and Residential (B2C) customers. This includes lead generation, customer acquisition, retention strategies, automated offer management, integrated campaign management, and multi-channel media strategies driven by data. Your technical skills and marketing expertise will be crucial in maximizing the use of SCE's Martech stack to implement, monitor, and optimize automated marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will recommend and implement improvements to the digital customer experience to enhance customer adoption of SCE's programs and services. Tracking performance metrics to measure the success of marketing and digital plans will be essential, as will demonstrating a clear return on investment. You will execute and manage projects using both vendors and in-house staff, taking a hands-on approach when necessary. Navigating a complex regulatory environment will also be part of your responsibilities, as you collaborate with the California Public Utility Commission and other state utilities to implement statewide programs and mandates. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring the protection of all physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, as well as managing private customer data and other sensitive information with the highest standards of integrity.
