About the position

The Marketing and Digital Content Lead is a strategic role focused on developing and executing engaging content across various digital channels. This position requires a creative thinker with a strong background in digital marketing and content creation, responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging and driving engagement through effective content strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that supports brand goals and drives digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions to ensure alignment with overall marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content (written, visual, video, etc.) for digital platforms including social media, email, blogs, website, and paid ads.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and support lead generation efforts.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of digital content, identifying trends and insights that inform future strategies.
  • Optimize website content and digital assets for SEO, ensuring content ranks highly in search engines and contributes to organic traffic growth.
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all digital content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing and content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive content.
  • Experience with MAC OS.
  • Creative, results-oriented, and able to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and content trends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in video production or graphic design.
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
