About the position

The Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator at Covoc is responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce channels, coordinating digital marketing efforts, and supporting marketing projects for both Covoc and EverTrack brands. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual eager to contribute to the company's growth through data-driven marketing strategies and effective e-commerce management.

Responsibilities

  • Update and optimize product listings on BigCommerce, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate product updates with external vendors.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics across BigCommerce and Amazon, offering insights to drive conversion rate improvements.
  • Monitor SEM/PPC performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze historical sales and product data for insights.
  • Lead administrative efforts to expand to additional e-commerce channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical/publishing issues.
  • Assist with customer messages and general customer inquiries.
  • Process customer returns.
  • Conduct Amazon competitor and market research.
  • Set up and manage experiments in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Assist in executing customer segmentation and database updates.
  • Support email campaign creation and management.
  • Monitor and report on email marketing campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for project deliverables.
  • Organize and manage creative assets and maintain updated project management information.
  • Serve as admin lead for incoming marketing requests and updates across platforms.
  • Plan and prepare for marketing and sales events, managing print marketing needs, collateral, and swag.
  • Organize and pack events collateral and ensure efficient event planning and support.
  • Assist with product/marketing strategy adjustments, optimizations, and research.
  • Set up and manage automations and CRM updates.
  • Provide secondary oversight on KPIs to support decision-making.
  • Manage and coordinate social media presence, content planning, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or e-commerce role, preferably with experience in e-commerce platforms like BigCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring and reporting on KPIs.
  • Experience with SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus) and automation platforms (Zapier experience a plus).
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience working with project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
