The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for managing all event marketing initiatives for the 4AIR brand, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and generating new customer leads at various events, ranging from local golf tournaments to international tradeshows. This position requires a comprehensive approach to support the team's attendance and the company's presence at these events. The coordinator will oversee the design and execution of the company's presence at events, including managing sponsorships, giveaways, booth design, event collateral, team support, registrations, and other logistical aspects. In addition to managing the logistics of events, the coordinator will provide recommendations on new events to attend and assist in resource allocation between various events. They will work closely with the shipping department to plan and organize the distribution of company collateral and materials for different events. The role also involves maintaining an event calendar and managing all required registrations, forms, and deadlines for over 40 events annually. The coordinator will also be responsible for planning new webinars and events to engage both new and existing customers. The position requires collaboration with the in-house design team to create graphics and press announcements related to events, as well as working with external vendors for booth design and product giveaways. The coordinator will develop event collateral and giveaways, promote events on social media, and manage communication with various audiences, including program managers and event partners. They will also be responsible for social media management, including drafting content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, approving posts, and monitoring engagement opportunities. Staying updated on emerging trends and regulations around environmental marketing is crucial to ensure compliance in all event and marketing communications. Overall, this role demands a proactive and innovative approach to event marketing, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and attention to detail.
