About the position

The Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator at BNBuilders plays a crucial role in collaborating with the Marketing team to produce qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral that are essential for client and project pursuits. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the company's marketing efforts while promoting personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce responses to request for qualifications (RFQ/RFPs), statement of qualifications (SOQs), AIA A305 forms, and pre-qual questionnaires.
  • Oversee content creation, design, and data gathering for proposals and presentations.
  • Assemble, edit, and produce qualifications and proposals.
  • Design and create informational graphics and presentation materials.
  • Help lead the process of developing marketing and sales documents critical for securing future work.
  • Create and design marketing collateral to support sales and business development efforts.
  • Assist with designing marketing swag and promotional materials for events.
  • Maintain information in the CRM system related to marketing and business development.
  • Produce marketing reports and help enforce company brand standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate events related to projects, sponsorships, fundraisers, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Must have a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing for a professional services industry, preferably in Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or Real Estate firms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create industry-focused content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding design skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
