The Marketing & HR Coordinator position is a full-time role based in Emmett, ID, where the individual will be responsible for a variety of marketing and human resources functions. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, customers, and vendors, ensuring that strong relationships are maintained with all stakeholders. The coordinator will handle employee and customer interactions with professionalism and keep the owner informed of any significant developments. Daily meetings are scheduled around 10 AM to discuss ongoing tasks and address any immediate concerns. In addition to managing relationships, the coordinator will be tasked with addressing problems and emergencies in a cost-effective and timely manner. This includes creating and overseeing employee evaluation metrics and methods, implementing and reviewing company policies and procedures, and staying updated on staff management practices, including hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions. The role also involves monitoring pricing, quality control, maintenance, development, and marketing of products, working closely with the Director of Operations and Production Manager to enhance cost efficiency across departments. The marketing responsibilities include managing social media posts, developing the company catalog, creating marketing materials and branding, and overseeing the online portal and IT company interactions. On the HR side, the coordinator will track employee labor and PTO, assist with performance reviews, manage hiring and onboarding processes, and handle payroll processing and SOP development. The position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy in all tasks.
