The Marketing and Leasing Director at Ashton Place is responsible for driving occupancy and enhancing the lives of seniors by developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns. This role involves building meaningful connections with prospective residents and their families, as well as local healthcare providers, to ensure a seamless transition for new residents into the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to maintain occupancy goals of 97%-100%.
• Foster relationships with families, referral partners, and local organizations.
• Lead tours, coordinate move-ins, and ensure a seamless transition for new residents.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to expand our online presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven sales experience, ideally in senior living or healthcare sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with families.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
