About the position

The Marketing & Move-In Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition for new residents into the community. This position involves managing all aspects of the move-in process, coordinating with various departments, and providing support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of move-in with residents and family members, including finalizing settlement paperwork and requirements.
  • Coordinate apartment turn-overs and ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
  • Handle move-in day activities and arrangements.
  • Provide sales assistance to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team.
  • Compile reports accurately and timely, including weekly productivity and monthly occupancy reports.
  • Participate in daily meetings and provide support to advance prospects.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years related experience, preferably in a senior living community or sales office setting.
  • Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related or CRM software, like Sherpa.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of prospects, families, and team members.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or marketing within a senior living community.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and set personal goals.
