Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of content across different platforms.
• Engage regularly with customers through various channels.
• Liaise with video editors and production team, prioritizing projects as required.
• Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and remedy any errors.
• Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely project delivery.
• Take initiative in solving problems and strive for organizational improvement.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, English, marketing, history, or a related field is desired.
• At least 2 years of experience in content creation and/or video production.
• A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is favorable.
• Prior experience in script research and writing.
• Previous system design, project planning, and workflow design exposure.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Vimeo, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Canva, Cvent, and WordPress.
• Experience with Cine Cameras, Adobe Postproduction software is a bonus.
• Event planning and support experience would be valued.
• Ability to handle criticism, multi-task, and prioritize is expected.
• Proven track record in decision making and sound judgment is necessary.
