About the position
This is a virtual position with NPE, a company dedicated to serving the largest community of fitness professionals and business owners globally. The role is focused on executing marketing projects and managing technology and tools as part of the marketing strategy. The Marketing and Partner Operations Manager will work primarily with a global team, ensuring that fitness businesses receive a world-class marketing experience to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. The position requires working USA west coast PST time-zone hours, but can be done from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Loading Content
- Publishing blog posts
- Building & updating web pages (Landing pages, funnel)
- Load & test emails
- Creating tracking links (vanity links)
- Creating & Publishing Social media
- Supporting Content Creation
- Light video editing
- Production Design
- Light copywriting
- Duplicating and Updating Marketing Campaigns
- Setting up and running projects
- Importing data into CRM
- QA Campaigns and Funnels
- Configuring Basic SEO for webpages
- Running basic reports on metrics and KPIs
- Supporting weekly workshops
- Participating in partner planning meetings and executing projects with partners
Requirements
- Familiarity with a wide variety of digital marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, CMS, etc.)
- Strong willingness to work hard and occasionally put in long hours
- Ability to plan, organize, and schedule efficiently
- Sharp attention to detail and precise planning
- Self-starter capable of making decisions and owning results
- Ability to cooperate with peers and supervisors
- Motivated by empowering entrepreneurs and establishing goals
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb new information
- Ability to communicate professionally with a global audience
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with CRM management using tools such as Keap/Infusionsoft
