About the position

Korth & Shannahan Painting and Carpentry is seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Marketing and Recruitment Manager. This full-time position is crucial for generating new leads for the company and staffing our field with skilled employees. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to the shifting priorities of this dual-faceted role and will be excited to develop the Korth & Shannahan brand through effective relationship building, community outreach, and exceptional customer service. The Marketing and Recruitment Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will shift between marketing and recruitment needs based on seasonal demands and company requirements. In the marketing aspect of the role, the Marketing and Recruitment Manager will be tasked with generating all new leads, communicating with customers, managing the CRM database, and executing company-wide communications. This includes responsibilities such as e-blasts, mailings, branding, social media management, and website updates. Additionally, the manager will develop online SEM and SEO portfolios, attend community events, and prospect for new business opportunities. On the recruitment side, the manager will screen and qualify potential candidates, conduct interviews for painters, carpenters, and crew leaders, hire skilled employees, and onboard all new hires to the Korth & Shannahan team. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, designated weekend availability, and strong computer skills. Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
