About the position

The Marketing and Retail Operations Coordinator at Evenflo Company Inc. is responsible for managing the digital and physical shelf needs across various retail outlets, including major retailers and online platforms. This role plays a crucial part in the Go-To-Market (GTM) process for new product introductions, ensuring effective communication and execution of marketing strategies. The coordinator will oversee the marketing calendar, manage deliverables, and analyze brand asset effectiveness to optimize in-market performance.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and execute digital and physical shelf needs for retail outlets.
  • Oversee the creation and management of the Marketing Calendar.
  • Ensure alignment of the marketing calendar with the New Product Tracker.
  • Partner with Creative Operations on the creative schedule and milestone deliverable dates.
  • Publish delivered assets to Product Information Management (PIM) software and retail channels.
  • Manage the digital and physical shelf deliverable lists for all retail partners.
  • Coordinate with marketing on the total deliverable list for each product campaign.
  • Act as the voice of truth for all retailer activations, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and product.
  • Captain the review cycle of Go-To-Market initiatives.
  • Utilize tools to analyze brand asset effectiveness and recommend optimizations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or sales operations role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana.
  • Proficiency in PIM management, preferably Salsify.
  • Understanding of e-commerce asset measurement tools like Vizit and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Some experience with major retailer digital asset portals (Amazon, Walmart, Target).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding professional goals.
