Marketing and Sales Coordinator

About the position

Reboot Staff is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will help implement marketing strategies, support the sales team, and ensure smooth communication between departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication
• Monitor and analyze market trends, sales metrics, and campaign performance
• Assist with event planning, product launches, and client outreach efforts
• Maintain marketing and sales documentation and databases
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment
• Conduct research to identify potential markets and customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
