About the position

Leading restoration company in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role offers the freedom to execute your strategies without micromanagement, allowing you to reach your highest potential. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include event execution, campaign management, and marketing content creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while taking initiative. The role also involves collaborating with synergistic companies and influencers to align with the brand's image and message, as well as handling customer inquiries and maintaining client databases.

Responsibilities

  • Event execution including creation, promotion, delivery, follow up and results analysis of Trade Shows, Lunch & Learns, Educational Seminars, Webinars, Games, Parties, etc.
  • Campaign management including preparation, execution and analysis of prospecting and account management via email, mail, and phone.
  • Marketing content creation such as ad copy, blog posts, graphics, and social media posts.
  • Promotional material content creation, development and asset management.
  • Selling tasking to include follow up via phone with prospects, leads, customers and 'lost' clients to help the sales team move them through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with synergistic companies and influencers who align with the brand's image and message.
  • Administrative tasks include managing schedules, budgets, documents and ensuring sales-related inventory/equipment is sufficient.
  • Handling customer inquiries, maintaining client databases, and responding to customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and event coordination.
