About the position

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator at ASM Global is responsible for assisting in the implementation and execution of marketing and premium seating initiatives at the SNHU arena in Manchester. This role requires collaboration with internal and external clients to achieve departmental goals, manage marketing programs, and enhance customer engagement through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with management and implementation of marketing programs, including media buying, social media, and email blasts.
  • Manage premium clients' needs, including special accommodations and ticketing requirements.
  • Oversee customer service communications through the info5 line, addressing ticketing and accessibility inquiries.
  • Implement initiatives within the annual marketing plan to maximize facility awareness.
  • Manage email marketing communications, including list and content management.
  • Update and maintain website content for snhuarena.com.
  • Research and manage social media content to grow engagement and respond to inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media and community partners.
  • Assist with advertising campaign implementation and graphic design projects.
  • Compile event announcements and pre-sale documents for upcoming events.
  • Document events and create social media content during shows.
  • Provide post-event reports and analysis on marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of related marketing experience required; 3-5 years preferred.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with social networking sites as marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of effective social media strategy and best practices preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively under pressure.
