About the position

Beloform is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is essential to supporting our business development strategies and ensuring the successful coordination of marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with both departments to optimize communication, organize campaigns, and support lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and sales activities to support business objectives
• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, presentations, and reports
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
• Maintain and update internal databases, sales documentation, and client records
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
• Participate in planning and executing client events, trade shows, and meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
