About the position

The Marketing & Sales Manager/Sr. Manager at ARTECHOUSE NYC is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, optimizing sales performance, and enhancing customer experience in a unique art space. This role involves a hands-on approach to various sales and marketing efforts, including ticketing, promotions, partnerships, and more, within an innovative environment that blends technology and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth, including dynamic pricing models and upselling opportunities.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and revenue, regularly analyzing performance metrics to adjust strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market expansion, targeting new customer segments and geographic areas.
  • Formulate and implement strategies for building high-value partnerships and collaborations with local businesses and organizations.
  • Analyze and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and maximize revenue.
  • Assess and recommend new products or services that align with market demand and enhance revenue potential.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to maximize revenue from group sales and private events.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify revenue opportunities and respond to competitive threats.
  • Design and implement local promotions to boost sales across tickets, bar, merchandise, and other revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the Digital team to optimize the venue's presence on digital platforms.
  • Lead local non-digital advertising initiatives to drive ticket sales.
  • Partner with the Visitor Experience team to develop on-site marketing programs that enhance guest experience.
  • Assist in media relations, including fielding press inquiries and coordinating interviews.
  • Be present at the ARTECHOUSE venue for various events and represent ARTECHOUSE with cultural partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of marketing experience in a ticket sales-driven property or luxury hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record in revenue optimization and business development, including experience with dynamic pricing and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience with group sales or private event sales is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Slack.
