About the position

The Marketing and Sales Manager at Ashford Communities is a full-time role focused on enhancing marketing and sales strategies to improve customer retention and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This position involves collaborating with various departments to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, manage brand strategy, and support lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in organizational change initiatives and collaborate with various departments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Ashford's brand strategy.
• Ensure all marketing efforts achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
• Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and consumer trends.
• Support the maintenance and development of internal tools and databases.
• Assist in planning and managing meetings and events.
• Ensure quality of community photos and videos published on the correct channels.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for current residents.
• Align sales initiatives with marketing efforts to boost conversion rates.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure impact and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employee training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles.
• Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish).
• Sales expertise and closing techniques.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker and planner.
• Familiarity with property management software systems (Entrata, RealPage).
