About the position

The Marketing and Sales Representative for a high-end restaurant and lounge is responsible for driving marketing strategies and providing essential administrative support to the CEO. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in communication and organization, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective event coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor marketing and sales strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage digital platforms and tools.
  • Draft and respond to emails.
  • Manage calendar and appointments for the CEO.
  • Coordinate orders and deliveries from vendors/suppliers.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp.
  • Serve as the initial customer point of contact to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee event bookings and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage reservations and finalize details for scheduled events.
  • Support social media outreach and coordinate marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using digital platforms and administrative tools.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Punctual and responsible work ethic.
  • English proficiency required; Armenian speaker highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the hospitality and customer service industries is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred.
