About the position

The Marketing and Sales Representative role is a part-time position focused on selling Personal Training memberships through various events and company outings. The representative will engage with potential clients, educate them on fitness and nutrition, and provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a background in fitness sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell Personal Training memberships through events and other company outings.
• Utilize interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, building relationships and networking.
• Demonstrate confidence and self-assuredness in cold-calling customers and making sales.
• Employ communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
• Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and fitness while selling memberships.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to foster long-term commitment to fitness goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal training principles, physical education, sports coaching, and fitness sales.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell memberships.
• Ability to effectively promote personal training services.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
