Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.)
  • Guide and shape on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance Laborjack's organic search visibility.
  • Ensure all website pages, blogs, and landing pages align with SEO best practices, incorporating effective keywords and metadata.
  • Monitor paid ads and SEO KPIs and implement improvement tactics.
  • Work with leadership, Sales, and Operations teams to align strategies, campaigns, and messaging to Laborjack's overall goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing successful paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Proven ability to increase conversions and lead generation through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized and data-driven with strong attention to details.
