About the position

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator at Heights Plastic Surgery is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating content, coordinating email and print marketing, and analyzing performance metrics to drive leads and improve marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, posting daily stories, reels, and content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly, and maintain community interaction.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for better engagement.
  • Design social media graphics, infographics, and videos using tools like Canva and InDesign.
  • Create and manage a content calendar for organized, consistent posting.
  • Capture and edit photo/video content in clinic and OR settings (with proper patient consent).
  • Develop monthly email newsletters highlighting specials, new services, and educational content.
  • Design and coordinate print materials, including magazine ads, flyers, and brochures.
  • Update website content, including blogs, staff profiles, service details, and specials.
  • Manage the YouTube channel with weekly video uploads, SEO optimization, and subscriber engagement.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, including open houses, Lunch & Learns, and happy hours.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media, email marketing, and website analytics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years marketing/social media experience.
  • Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a focus on social media management.
  • Proficiency in Google tools for analytics and reporting purposes.
  • Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with video editing software and techniques is preferred.
  • Experience in advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
