About the position

The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator at ITJ Group is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content to enhance brand presence and drive growth. This role requires creativity, organization, and collaboration with various teams to achieve marketing objectives in the luxury industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest best practices.
  • Develop compelling and visually appealing content for various platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand's image, tone, and messaging.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to align efforts and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Coordinate events, promotions, and other marketing activities to support business objectives.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
