About the position

Courage to Connect Therapeutic Center, LLC is a thriving private practice dedicated to providing accessible and affordable mental health services to the community. We are currently seeking a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator who is warm, creative, well-organized, and motivated to develop a standout social media campaign and coordinate our marketing efforts. This role is crucial in driving awareness of our practice and services while engaging patients, community leaders, and followers. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a passion for social media, communications, and mental health, making a significant impact on our outreach and engagement strategies. As the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our social media networking sites, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will plan and create daily, weekly, and monthly social media and marketing campaigns, managing the publishing schedule to ensure timely and relevant content. Your ability to create and execute campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, including current patients, future patients, referral sources, and the mental health industry, will be essential. In this role, you will measure, analyze, and report on the metrics of all channels to the leadership team, ensuring that our branding remains consistent across all mediums. You will also update our website as needed, adding therapist bios, making small content changes, and managing the blog feed. Capturing video and photography subjects for content creation and posting will be part of your responsibilities, along with managing the blogging schedule and selecting topics and contributors for content. Collaboration is key, as you will work with copywriters and designers to ensure that all content is informative and engaging. You will design marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and both digital and print advertising. Additionally, you will manage, organize, and present monthly reporting across all social networks, engage with social media communities through proactive and reactive responses, and recommend and execute strategies for audience growth to increase followers. Supporting the team on referral relationships through various marketing efforts and developing and launching outreach programs will also be part of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or communications.
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing & Social Media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Prior experience with a wide range of social media and marketing functions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with WordPress and SEO optimization.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Constant Contact and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Photography experience, particularly with iPhone for social media posts.
  • Understanding of mental health and behavioral health.
