About the position

The Marketing and Social Media Manager at AstroAI is responsible for creating and executing strategic social media campaigns while overseeing the daily operations of the company's social media properties. This role involves data collection and analysis to enhance the company's social media practices and improve customer engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop social media accounts and oversee daily operations and user relationship maintenance.
  • Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with overseas teams to execute social media and marketing plans.
  • Establish relationships with potential customers and guide users through various channels.
  • Manage a high volume of daily social media posts and communicate with followers.
  • Expand KOL cooperation resources according to social media promotion needs.
  • Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend related events.
  • Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and suggest recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align social campaigns with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Social Media Management and Development.
  • Experience working with multinational teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with operation methods of platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Intermediate PC skills including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working within the automotive or tools and equipment industries.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and related software.
