About the position

The Marketing and Social Media Manager at Viann'k Mansur LLC is responsible for enhancing the company's online presence and driving brand awareness through creative and strategic social media initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, particularly in the context of a high-end quinceanera boutique.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Bring new ideas and strategies for content creation.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify trends in the industry and audience preferences.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and engage with followers effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall advertising efforts.
  • Analyze performance metrics using SEO strategies to optimize content for better reach and engagement.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices in e-commerce.
  • Provide general assistance when needed in the boutique.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish is required.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with Canva for graphic design tasks is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct research effectively to inform strategy development.
  • Ability to provide biweekly reports to supervisor as results of campaigns.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging advertising content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Understanding of social listening tools and analytics platforms is beneficial.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in e-commerce environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canva for graphic design tasks is preferred.
