Responsibilities

• Support business development, recruiting, human resources, and contracting departments through collaboration on marketing and social media campaigns.
• Develop and present marketing and social media strategies to executive management and business managers.
• Manage marketing initiatives across print, digital, and social media outlets.
• Provide progress reports on marketing campaigns using KPIs.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Make recommendations for advertising and event budget allocations.
• Maintain industry knowledge to support strategic marketing campaign development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital advertising, or mass communications.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and WordPress.
• Ability to analyze marketing data including competitor and customer data.
• Strong prioritization skills for managing workloads and deadlines.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.
