As a Marketing and Tradeshow Coordinator at SLS, you will be pivotal in orchestrating trade shows and marketing events across the United States, ensuring smooth execution and supporting SLS's strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized professional capable of coordinating trade shows and events, and assisting with the preparation of marketing and proposal literature. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities and handle diverse responsibilities efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include managing trade show registration, hotel booking, preparation, shipping, tracking, and follow-up. As required, you will attend trade shows alongside senior management and account managers. You will organize tradeshow objectives, budgets, schedules, and logistics, order supplies, equipment, furniture, power, and rentals; ensuring appropriate quality and brand expectations. Additionally, you will secure product quotes and coordinate with preferred vendors, organize sponsorship participations, and serve as a liaison with vendors on event-related matters. You will manage and organize hotel and shipment confirmations, booth badges, receipts, and digital assets to ensure easy access for the team. Documenting logistical activities prior to and during events, tracking shipments to ensure timely deliveries, and utilizing Monday.com project management software to manage the master event pipeline and schedules are also key responsibilities. You will pack and ship marketing deliverables, including sales materials and presentations, and utilize Customer Relationship Management software to track communications and nurture relationships with leads and clients. Organizing and participating in weekly status meetings with the marketing team and partners will be part of your role, along with performing other responsibilities associated with this position as required.
