About the position

The Artwork Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Marketing team by managing the development and execution of marketing artwork and materials. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that all artwork adheres to brand standards and is delivered on time and within budget. The role is a contract position that will initially be hybrid onsite in Jersey City, NJ, transitioning to a hybrid model in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing artwork and materials.
  • Assist marketing team in creation of artwork codes, tracking of projects, and reviewing artwork.
  • Fully manage artwork agency relationship and processes.
  • Manage and lead internal cross-functional communication and relationships regarding artwork.
  • Prepare for new and reformulation needs for the brand.
  • Conduct competitive analysis.
  • Provide availability and accessibility to internal teams/departments.
  • Issue creative requests and support follow-up for projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support competitive product ordering for the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in the beauty industry or as a makeup artist is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in a marketing or creative environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Ambition to grow within the company and take on more responsibility.
