About the position

The Marketing Assistant/Coordinator will support the Channel Marketing Senior Manager in executing marketing campaigns and managing store openings. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement through social media and marketing materials, ensuring effective communication and project management across various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create signage for drop-in deals and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage monthly marketing requests and collaborate with internal teams and vendors for fulfillment and delivery.
  • Brief key marketing campaigns and initiatives to Creative Services as needed.
  • Manage vendor payments, set up, and purchase orders as needed.
  • Manage marketing support and calendar for in-store events including Grand Openings and New Stores.
  • Work with education event managers to create compelling in-store events that drive sales.
  • Track and manage delivery and timelines for all marketing support.
  • Assist with social engagement on the Marketing Instagram page and monitor content.
  • Provide monthly social assets to support marketing promotions and initiatives.
  • Conduct monthly competitive reviews and manage promotional dashboards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience (visual merchandising, store marketing, copy writing), Brand Management, or Advertising/Promotional agency (account management).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and persistent in driving projects to completion and following up on deliverables.
  • Resourceful in seeking out information and identifying solutions to problems.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and vendors.
  • Ability to provide clear creative and copy direction and constructive feedback.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Retail Management preferred.
